Just with the same precision also trainers' work is organized at Sitik Football School, where today football trainers are gathered together, who are fond of football and not indifferent to the fate of Latvian youth football. As an example, approval of Genady Sitik's appointment as Chief Trainer of Latvian U-21 Representative Team can be mentioned.

Genady Sitik:

When founding the football school, my objective was to involve as many as possible children in football classes. In the course of years, the number of children wishing to play football became increasingly larger, therefore the necessity arose to invite to the football school more highly skilled trainers and like-minded persons. Due to development of school training work, the possibilities of the school widened, too. New Latvian football talents were brought up, who are players with Latvian youth representation teams of different age. Therefore, the SFS became one of the best football schools in Latvia.

As a visiting card of our school, International Football Tournaments can be mentioned, such as VOLVO Truck Latvia Cup and ÐFS ziemas kauss, in which youth football teams participate from such countries as England, Poland, Finland, Russia, the Ukraine, and others.
